General Provisions

cv67 is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" / "member") and cv67 ("we" / "platform").

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, stop using the site immediately. Continuing to use the site means you have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

• These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali text shall be considered the definitive version.
• cv67 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use cv67's services. We reserve the right to verify your age at the time of registration. Providing false information regarding age will result in immediate account closure and all deposits will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in withdrawals being suspended until account verification is complete. It is your responsibility to notify cv67 immediately if any of your information changes.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Allowing or sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• cv67 is not responsible for any loss resulting from failure to maintain account security.
• The user is responsible for all activities carried out on their own account.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, cv67 may temporarily suspend the account for verification.

3.2 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or other contact details change, log in to your account and update them immediately. cv67 is not responsible for any loss of contact or issues arising from outdated information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently supported on cv67:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — Digital financial service by the postal department.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Upay — Mobile wallet by United Commercial Bank.

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required if account verification is pending or a security review is needed.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted to the mobile banking number from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• At least one bet must be completed between a deposit and a withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cv67 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• ৳22,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A member who receives a bonus must complete 10x wagering on the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 worth of bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• Bonuses may only be used on valid real-money bets.
• cv67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a breach of bonus terms is suspected, cv67 may suspend bonus withdrawals pending investigation.
• Claiming the same offer across multiple accounts or more than once is prohibited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless cv67 identifies a technical error. If incorrect odds or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical issue, cv67 reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on various events. Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. However, please note:

• cv67 reserves the right to set a maximum limit on any bet.
• The types of bets accepted after an event starts may change.
• If the result of an event is cancelled or uncertain, the relevant bet will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, and other games are available in the cv67 casino section. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched. If a result is uncertain due to a technical issue in the game provider's software, cv67 will resolve the matter at its own discretion.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited, and if such behaviour is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds through suspicious transactions.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating cv67 staff or engaging in fraudulent communications.
• Betting with third-party funds or participating in match-fixing.
• Using syndicated betting or arbitrage strategies against the platform.

Such activities carry the risk of losing funds or facing legal action. cv67 is obligated to share information with relevant authorities if required.

Account Closure

cv67 may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Incorrect or false registration information.
• Failure to verify age.
• Extended period of inactivity.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned upon account closure, unless fraud or a breach of terms is proven.

Changes to Terms

cv67 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will publish a notice on the site and/or notify you at your registered email. Continued use of the site after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
